Thanks to eFashionTrack, since we started using the eFT Workflow order delays have been dramatically reduced whilst the number of orders handled per merchandiser increased. Most importantly, the daily digests that I receive every morning give me a clear sign where I need to look first. The same digests leave hardly any room for oversights or omissions by our merchandisers and manufacturers.
We often ask the question ‘how did we manage our orders before?’
