TexYard acquired by KarstadtQuelle, the German Retail Group.

TOM acquired the controlling stake of Catalys, a Turkey and UK based garment sourcing company and started to develop number of web enabled applications together with Sesam, the Istanbul based leading web enabled ERP solutions development house, to reduce the product development cycle time and manage the critical path after placing the orders with manufacturers.

TOM sold its stake in Catalys and decided to focus on further development and marketing of the supply chain management solutions for the garment industry through eFT.
